PHOTO OP QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

WHAT IS A PHOTO OP?

A photo op is a professional photo of you with the celebrity guest you chose. You will get a photo taken under ideal lighting conditions and shot with professional camera equipment. You will receive an 8×10” print of your photo printed on professional dye-sublimation photo printers. This print will be available at the show shortly after your photo is taken.

WHAT IF A CELEBRITY CANCELS A PHOTO OP I PURCHASED?

If the Celebrity you purchased a photo op for cancels we will refund you the price of the photo op within 3 business days. 

WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY PHOTO OP?

You must arrive 15– 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your photo op. Please do not try to get in line earlier than 30 minutes before your photo op starts. Be sure to check the photo op schedule for last minute changes prior to your departure to

the show as well as upon arrival at the show. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the photo op schedule may change as late as the day of the scheduled photo op. Do not be late.

The photo op lines move at a very rapid pace once the op starts and we cannot bring a celebrity guest back to take a missed photo.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY PHOTO OP SESSION?

If you paid online, you will need to have your printed ticket for your photo op and any add-ons. If you paid for your photo op at the show, you will need to have the “Photo Op Only” ticket given to you when you paid for your op.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED A VIP EXPERIENCE PACKAGE PHOTO OP INCLUDED?

If you have purchased a VIP experience for a particular guest or group, you will need to have your VIP lanyard and the proper Photo Op Ticket (given to

you with the lanyard).  Proceed to the photo op area at the given time.

WHEN WILL MY PRINT BE READY?

Photo Op Prints are available immediately following your photo op.  On occasion, due to volume, there may be a slight delay of up to 1 hour.

HOW MAY PEOPLE CAN I HAVE IN A PHOTO OP?

Each Photo op includes 2 adults, and 2 children under 10.

WHERE IS THE PHOTO OP AREA?

The Photo Op area will be clearly marked on the map at the convention.

CAN I TAKE A PHOTO WITH MY OWN CAMERA?

No, Camera’s and video recording devices are not allowed in the photo op room.

CAN I GET AN EXTRA PRINT OR A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD AS WELL?

Yes, Extra prints are available for purchase as well as digital downloads.  You may purchase these on-site prior to your photo op or online prior to the show.

I HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS OR SOMEONE IN MY GROUP HAS SPECIAL NEEDS DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR THAT SPECIAL REQUIREMENT?

Yes we do work to make it easier for you, please let our photo op line staff know if you or someone in your party has special needs and we’ll make sure to assist you.

MAY I PURCHASE A PHOTO OP AT THE SHOW?

Yes, as long as they are not sold out.  Please do keep in mind all Photo Op Sales at the show are Cash Only.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ENTER THE PHOTO OP ROOM?

Please be sure to follow directions given to you by the photo op crew.  Have your photo op ticket out and ready to hand to the staff in the room.  Please bring limited items with you in the room.

WHEN WILL THE PHOTO OP SCHEDULE GO UP?

The photo op schedule will be posted approximately one week before the show.  Please make sure to check the schedule.

DOES MY PHOTO OP TICKET INCLUDE ADMISSION TO THE SHOW? 

No, it does not, unless you purchase a VIP ticket you must purchase an admission ticket. Your VIP Pass comes with one free photo op. If you want more than that you will have to purchase each photo you want individually. Day pass and Weekend pass holders must purchase a separate photo op ticket for each one.  

IS AN AUTOGRAPH INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF A PHOTO OP?

No, Autographs are separate and will need to be purchased as the Celebrity Table.

I HAVE A GIFT FOR THE CELEBRITY CAN I BRING IT TO THE CELEBRITY DURING THE PHOTO OP?

Please give gifts to the celebrity at their autograph table.

CAN I DRESS UP AND BRING MY OWN PROPS TO THE PHOTO OP?

Yes, if the props can be carried and don’t take much to time set up. Yes you can dress up.
