Q. What is the age limit? 

A. 12 and up.

Q. Is this put on by Waverly or the Historical Society?

A. No, this is an independent event and HorrorPalooza Weekend is renting the space out to provide fundraising for Waverly. They have nothing to do with the event. 

Q. Is there a contact email ?

Q. What if I just want to take a night time tour with a celebrity and not come to the day event can I do it?

A. Yes, just click on the Tour Tickets instead of the other Day or Weekend Passes.

Q. Are tickets limited? 

A. Yes, this is a very limited ticket event due to the the special uniqueness of the building.

Q. Do I have to make a Reservation ahead of time? 

A. Yes, it will sell out. 

Q. Can I take pictures of the building?

A. Yes, only at certain places and times. Your guides will instruct you on this procedure.

Rules:

  1. No drugs allowed.
  2. No outside food allowed. There will be food trucks.
  3. No weapons.
  4. Do not disrespect the staff or volunteers.
  5. Arrive on time for your tour ticket or you will not be able to make it up.
  6.  No refunds unless the event cancels.
  7. No children under 12.
  8. No outside Alcohol allowed.
  9. Do not damage or vandalize the building.

Any violation of these rules will result in your dismissal. Thank you
